PulseLearning Finalists in 2017 AITD Excellence Awards

PulseLearning is delighted to announce that our International Payments Training Hub programme developed for Western Union Business Solutions (WUBS) has been shortlisted for the 2017 AITD Excellence Awards. The programme has been selected as a finalist in the Best Use of Technology for Learning category.

WUBS collaborates with more than 1,000 Financial Institutions (FIs) such as credit unions and mutual banks globally to support the international payment needs of their members and customers. In the past, training for FI branch and head office staff was provided face to face, in an ad hoc fashion, with limited on-the-job tools available to support learning transfer into the field.

WUBS partnered with PulseLearning to create a blended learning training programme incorporating leading-edge technology and best-practice design. The core purpose of the training is to enable FI branch staff to improve their knowledge, use and endorsement of WUBS international payment products and services. The improved training will also enable increased sales revenue with the smoother processing of transactions through the GlobalPay for Financial Institutions (GPFI) platform.

The winner of each category will be announced at a spectacular gala evening on Friday, 17 November 2017 at the Doltone House, Darling Island in Sydney, Australia. For more information about the awards, visit www.aitd.com.au.
