PulseLearning Successfully Retains ISO 9001 Certification

With its systematic and focused approach to quality, which includes an acclaimed Quality Management System (QMS), PulseLearning has recently retained its ISO 9001:2008 certification from the British Assessment Bureau (BAB). PulseLearning first achieved ISO certification in 2012.

To meet ISO requirements, PulseLearning conducts regular internal audits and continually maintains a QMS so the procedures in place reflect best practices. A BAB auditor recently visited the PulseLearning headquarters in Tralee and conducted a comprehensive audit, which resulted in PulseLearning successfully retaining the ISO 9001:2008 certification for 2017.

Based on recent ISO revisions, the ISO 9001:2008 certification is being replaced by the updated ISO 9001: 2015 standards. Over the coming year, we will be transitioning our processes to meet the newly revamped ISO 9001:2015 standards across the company.

Retaining our ISO 9001 certification is a fantastic achievement for PulseLearning. The certification provides assurance to our Clients that we are an organization with quality is fundamental to each learning solution we provide. The internal quality controls we implement ensure that the solutions delivered to our Clients meet their needs and make measurable, positive business impact.” – Pa Fealy, Chief Executive Officer, PulseLearning
