Bookings
To order an online course, it is necessary to register via the PulseLearning or Business Edge website (unless alternative arrangements have been made) along with a Purchase Order, where applicable. In all cases, payment must be received prior to commencing the online course.

Multiple Bookings
PulseLearning is committed to offering competitive prices. Discounts apply to 10 or more licenses purchased at the same time. To enquire about discounts available please contact us at BuyISO@pulselearning.com.

Online Course Fees
All online course fees are payable upon receipt of an invoice, which will be issued following registration form submission.

Method of Payment
Payment can be made by check or electronic funds transfer (bank account details available on request). Checks should be made payable to PulseLearning.

Delegate Substitutions
There will be no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace the original delegate. Please inform us as soon as possible of any change to the original registration. Only one substitution is possible per license purchased.

Cancellation
Cancellation is not possible once payment has been made and a user name and password have been issued.
