Bill employs his extensive experience of managing significant operations within the computer and electronics industries in his capacity as Chairman of PulseLearning. Previously, Bill was Managing Director of KOSTAL Ireland; and was Director of European Manufacturing, Business Development, Logistics, and Distribution for Wang Laboratories Inc. Bill has acted as Director of Eolas, the Irish Technology Agency.

Bill is a former member of the Governing Body of the University of Limerick. Bill enjoys playing golf badly. As he says himself: “My handicap is my golf.”
