Four in a Row! Another Industry Award for PulseLearning
PulseLearning rounded off 2007 with another award to add to their already laden trophy cabinet. The most recent accolade, a Bersin & Associates Learning Leaders Award for innovations in business processes, resulted from an initiative to cut in half the amount of time required to develop training courses for its U.S.-based clients. This initiative enabled PulseLearning’s clients to re-train their employees more quickly and at a reduced cost. This, in turn, enabled them to meet critical business goals in a shorter amount of time. PulseLearning were one of only two European companies to win this award for 2007.
Based on detailed criteria compiled over years of research, the Learning Leaders Program recognizes organizations that have developed and implemented effective and efficient approaches to employee learning and development, resulting in significant business improvement. Josh Bersin, president of Bersin & Associates, applauded the 2007 Learning Leaders “for their successes in solving critical business problems with high-impact solutions.”
The Bersin Learning Leaders Award for PulseLearning comes within a few weeks of receiving 1st place in the Deloitte Fast 50 Awards, recognizing PulseLearning as the fastest-growing IT Company in Ireland, a Gold Medal Award from Chief Learning Officer magazine, and a short listing for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
Jim Breen, CEO of PulseLearning, welcomed the latest award, expressing the view that “PulseLearning isn’t a company that just provides job training. We’re a company that enables our clients to reduce their training costs and make improvements in staff performance quickly and with optimal results. In short, we sell profit and profitability to our clients. We sell solutions to our clients that help them become more profitable. This award is particularly welcome because it demonstrates our ability to achieve this.”
