As the Vice President of Global Operations and Finance, Pa is responsible for ensuring that the company develops learning solutions to the highest standards of quality, on time and on budget. These responsibilities extend to the functions of HR, Training, IT, and Administration.
Through communication, organization, and persuasion, Pa has a management style that places great emphasis on delegating tasks and motivating his team.
Pa also brings an open-minded and business-focused approach to client relations; he is always attentive to the small details that can make the difference when it comes to successful project completion.
Pa is also responsible for strategic planning, evaluation of operations profitability, and identifying business and financial risks. Pa holds a first class honors degree in Accounting and is CIMA qualified. Under Pa's leadership, PulseLearning is able to ensure the highest levels of service to clients, partners, and employees.
